My friends and I had been collaborating on various projects since our student days, engaging in diverse technology projects to help businesses and customers implement innovative products in AI, Blockchain, Web, and App development. Recognizing our capabilities and professional expertise in technology deployment, we founded Passgenix. Though structured as a company, we saw ourselves more as a dynamic technology team committed to continuous learning and development. In this team, I played multiple roles, including customer acquisition, strategic planning, human resource coordination, launching new technology ideas, and handling various other operational duties.

The RikeAnalytics Engineer & E-commerce Operations (Co-founder)
The Rike is a company specializing in supplying a variety of Vietnamese farmers tea seeds to the US market with a staff of over 20 people stretching from North to South, Vietnam and warehouse headquarters located in the states. I joined the team in early 2023 as the technology team leader, realized the company's problems and with my vision was appointed to the position of manager and co-founder of the company. , the jobs I have done.

Axon ActiveAnalytics Engineer (Data Engineer & Data Analyst)
I build and orchestrate data pipelines on the Azure ecosystem (Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage) with Databricks / PySpark for large-scale processing. Raw sources are modeled into tested, documented, reusable data marts with dbt (data-quality tests), following Kimball dimensional modeling and Data Vault 2.0. I also define metrics with analysts and deliver self-serve datasets and dashboards for reporting. CI/CD runs on Azure DevOps.

Sole researcher on "Artificial Intelligence Approach to Detecting and Estimating Wind and Rainfall Over the Oceans from Deep-Sea Hydro-Acoustic Data". I designed the full pipeline from scratch: large-scale acoustic data handling (MBARI hydrophone archive on AWS S3), signal processing and feature extraction (MFCCs, spectral energy bands), correlation analysis with meteorological records, handling class imbalance and disjoint temporal distribution of rare rain/wind events, model development and evaluation, and a feedback learning loop.
